Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4-6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. Please submit your paper via https://edas.info/N30778. New users are required to register with EDAS before paper submission. Each full registration for the conference will cover one paper. Registration of the conference for authors can only be conducted upon acceptance.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE proceedings are usually indexed by Scopus.

SELECTION PROCESS

All paper submissions will be checked for originality. Due to IEEE policy, papers with high similarity score may not be accepted by the conference. All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on comments given by the reviewers and discussions with steering committee and IEEE CSS/RAS Joint Chapter representatives. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

PREPARATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

The manuscript template for Microsoft Word can be downloaded from:

https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

**Final manuscript should be Microsoft Word template (A4 template) however manuscript for review is expected to be in pdf.

NOTE:

Please note that we use a double-blind review process, so authors’ names and affiliations should not be written in the paper. This is necessary to ensure fairness in the review process.

EDAS might report some warnings (the yellow one) but these can be ignored for review phase.

If the authors experience errors about font type, kindly “print” the word document to PDF file instead of saving them to PDF. Microsoft Word does not include font types when a document is saved to PDF. Another alternative can be seen in https://standards.ieee.org/wp-content/uploads/import/documents/other/embeddedfonts.pdf

NON-PRESENTED PAPER POLICY

The committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
